My darling little Mama,

As you spoil us anyway, what a surprise! cocoa shells and flour, you don't know what to invent to please us, it makes you cry, because you deprive yourself for us, it's all the more touching in this time of scarcity, but much more meritorious Also.
What delicious images you sent us, I assure you that they were successful, I offered one to the dear Chaplain who is so much part of the family; I would have done much better not to write anything on the back, I spoil everything with my ugly handwriting. Much-loved little Mama, please tell our distant Brother the extreme happiness caused me by the precious blessing of our incomparable Angelic Pastor who honors me too much and of whom I feel so unworthy.
Maman Lamb, told me that I will be buried in the crypt (sic) near our ancient and venerated Mothers and that she would come to find me there, too, yes, I do not ask for better, but as late as possible . This decision of the Council makes me return even more to my little nothingness.
I devour the letters of our Holy Mother, as the good God will be glorified.
My little Céline my inseparable, that I love her and you too, my little Mum,
Sr Francoise Therese
