June 12, 1891.

My dear sister,

By announcing to Madame your venerable Mother Superior that I am sending her a few Relics today, few in number, but with the well-founded hope of being able to procure others for her. I have not forgotten that by pleasing Your Venerable Mother, I was also doing it to you, charity for one and for the other supported my efforts.

You will see by the authentic ones that some come to me from Parma. It is very difficult today to obtain these Holy and Venerable remains of the Servants of God. The true Cross is only given to bishops. Among my personal relics, I found a St Thérèse, patroness of my Sister, I gladly do without it for you. You will pray a little for this sister who needs it.

I am sorry for the always painful position of your so worthy and Venerable Father. God has a great crown in store for him, of which you will be a beautiful jewel, I hope.

Pray and have others pray for me, dear sister, and accept my humble greetings on WYD

F. Simeon
