Dear sister,
Your letter yesterday made my heart happy, I imagined that my dear Father was going to be cured, but today I see clearly that it is not the will of the good God, finally that he be blessed of all, we have many thanks to give him, for having kept our good Father for us until such an advanced age (M. Guérin senior is over 79 years old), and for putting him in his last moments in such holy dispositions, I beg you my dear beloved brothers and sisters, help him to spend time holy in eternity, cause him to perform acts of love, contrition and abandonment frequently, for me I I have permission to spend as much time as I can in front of the Blessed Sacrament.
Please my dear sister, don't let sadness get you down; may thoughts of faith support you in these sad circumstances; I also pray my brother and my brother-in-law not to leave you for the night, save yourself for the day, do not leave him and suggest holy thoughts to him, finally take care of yourself or you will fall and what will become of you. your poor little girls.
I'm sending you my power of attorney, you can put it in the name of whoever you want, either my brother or your husband, I also oppose the putting of seals; keep this letter, it alone would be enough to keep the seals unsealable.
