MAUPAS Alexandre-Charles Canon

Born August 27, 1850 in Mesnil-Auzouf, died February 19, 1920 in Lisieux.

He was appointed parish priest of Saint-Jacques de Lisieux in 1895 and also became ecclesiastical superior of the Carmel of Lisieux at this date.

He gave the last rites to Thérèse on July 30, 1897. He testified at the two Trials.
