DUCELLIER Arthur-Xavier Monsignor
Born on the 1ther September 1832 in Soliers, died June 29, 1893 in Besançon.
Priest of the diocese of Bayeux, he had to be appointed bishop of Bayonne in 1878, then archbishop of Besançon in 1887. At the end of June 1893, Marie Guérin wrote to her sister Jeanne that Mgr Ducellier was dying.
