Born in 1862 in Basly, near Caen, died July 14, 1937 in Le Havre.
Guardian of the Convent of Rennes from 1890 to 1897, he preached a mission in Lisieux in 1886, the triduum of 3rd centenary of the death of St John of the Cross in Carmel, in November 1891 and the community retreat in November 1892. He is a specialist in theology of Duns Scotus.
