Tuesday 27 March 88

My darling little sister,

I have just written Monsignor the letter you sent me, thank you very much. Oh ! that your image is beautiful, it is a marvel.
I'm sending you this short note very quickly to find out if you want me to tell my Uncle that you made a picture and that I wrote. If later they find out, they won't be happy, but I'd rather ask you. I'll also tell them that it's for the 9th. As it's Thursday that we're going to my uncle's, I would like you to put a little note on the tour Dad would take tomorrow morning.
Oh ! yes Pauline, I always want to be the LITTLE grain of sand... how good your letter made me! if you only knew how deep in my heart she was.
I would like to tell you many things about the little grain of sand but I don't have time... (I want to be a saint...)
I saw some words the other day which please me very much, I no longer remember the saint who said them; it was, "I'm not perfect, but I want to be."
What disjointed words! forgive me, my darling little sister, I am in a hurry.
Until April 9!
Theresita.
