            My dear little sisters,

Céline didn't want me to write to you yesterday, but I don't want you to receive a letter from her without a word from your little Thérésita. I see that I write like a real little cat but I hope you don't mind because I'm extremely tired; everything revolves around me. Tomorrow we will no longer be in France. I can't believe everything I see, we saw some very beautiful things in Paris but all that is not happiness. Céline will tell you, if she wants, the marvels of Paris, for me I will only tell you that I very often think of you, the beautiful things of Paris do not captivate my heart at all.
I'm a bit like my dear Godmother, I'm always afraid of being run over, every moment I find myself surrounded by cars. Oh ! my dear little sisters, all the beautiful things I see do not give me happiness, I will only have it when I am where you already are...
I was very happy at Notre-Dame-des-Victoires, I prayed a lot for you and for my dear Mother.
I would like to write to my little cousins but that will be for another time because I am going to write to Léonie again. Poor Léonie, what's become of her?... Please tell them that I think about them a lot. I asked for grace for Jeanne at the Sacré-Coeur in Montmartre. I think she will understand. Also don't forget my good uncle and my dear aunt. Farewell my DEAR GODMOTHER and my little Confident CHERIE, pray for your little Thérésita.
I hope you will think that I wrote my letter in the evening and very tired, otherwise I really wouldn't dare send it to you.
Kiss for me my dear Mother
