Office of Altar Bread

Photo taken in the office used to make altar breads (or hosts). We see in the foreground on the right the terrine for mixing the dough and on the left the mold. At the bottom under the window the elongated handle of the cutter and a pile of hosts already cut. In the background on the right, we see a second mold on a gas burner.

This room is located behind the two windows that can be seen to the right of the rotunda, to the left of the door leading to the courtyard. In the corner, the statue of Saint Joseph.
