Despite the departure of Sister Anne from the Sacred Heart for Vietnam in July 1895, we have a beautiful testimony of her transmitted by her community.
Sister Anne of the Sacred Heart had lived with Thérèse for seven years before returning home. At the time of the Beatification Process, when her community in Saigon questioned her about Thérèse with curiosity, as she had lived so long alongside a future saint, she replied: “ There was nothing to say about her; she was very kind and very self-effacing, no one noticed her, I would never have suspected her holiness. »
